All persons using the equipment do so at their own risk

Ensure that children are supervised at all times. Only persons up to 12 years of age are permitted to use the inflatables. Persons aged 12 years and above are only permitted to use the inflatables from the adult range.

No eating, drinking, smoking on the inflatables. Remove shoes, jewellery and buckles. Do not get sand on the inflatable as this causes serious damage.

Only one person allowed down the slide at a time . On sliding Castle user is to be positioned centrally in a feet-first, sitting up or lying down position (on backs only) with elbows tucked in. Waving of arms and legs is potentially unsafe. To prevent friction burns on exposed skin users should be fully clothed including socks.

Do not overcrowd the inflatable. Do not allow children to climb up, hang off or sit on top of the inflatable walls. Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front step. Strictly no acrobatics. Do not allow children to become too boisterous. Ensure that there is first aid equipment available in the event of an injury.

Do not allow animals on the inflatable. Ensure the area is clear of animal excrement.

Once the item is inflated, we the proprietors will not be held responsible or liable for any accidents or injuries however caused. The safe operation of the castle becomes your responsibility and the inflatable must remain anchored at all times.

Do not relocate the inflatable. If for safety reasons it has to be moved, deflate it, disconnect and remove the blower, and with a person at each corner lift the inflatable. Do not drag it. Once relocated, be sure to anchor the inflatable with all the stakes provided. Do not relocate the inflatable to an area with hazards around it e.g. fences, over hanging branches etc. Never turn off the blower when the inflatable is in use.

Do not use the inflatable in wet and windy conditions as this will make it dangerous.

The Hirer is responsible for any damage that may be caused to the inflatable and will be charged for any damage or items missing.

Ball pond usage - I understand that the £ 30.00 deposit is only refundable if all balls are bagged up ready for collection at the agreed time.

As the owners, Jays Bouncy Castles have the right to remove the castle at any time.

Delivery is between: 7.30 a.m. - 12.00 p.m.

Collection is between: 5.00 p.m. - 8.00 p.m.

An extended collection time may be mutually agreed for an additional charge.

The person/organisation hiring the equipment will be responsible/liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use. These guidelines are for the safety of all people using this equipment and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are adhered to. Any damage or theft caused to the equipment by improper use, lack of care or of a malicious nature must be paid for. Our Company cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment.
