FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

What areas do you cover?

We are based in Bromley, Kent, but cover quite a wide area. If you live outside of this area, please contact us as we may be able to arrange special delivery.

How do I hire a bouncy castle?
  • Look at the castles we have on our web site and check the size against the space you have in your garden/event location.
  • Once you have decided which one you like, that can fit in your location, place your booking online or call us directly.
  • We will then contact you via email or phone confirming your booking within 24 hours.
  • Let us know if you have hired an indoor event, ie hall , at the time of booking so we can schedule delivery of our castle to coincide with your hall rental.
What happens after I have my booking confirmed?
  • Delivery will normally take place between 7:00am-12:00am, we will inflate the castle for you. We will talk you through & demonstrate the safety aspects of using the inflatable and ask you to sign our terms and conditions.
  • If you have booked an indoor event, hall etc., please let us know during your booking so we can ensure we deliver at a specific time.
  • We will then collect the castle as arranged.
What happens if it rains on the day I've booked and my event is outside?

Most of our castles come with a shower cover for use in light rain.

We don't collect payment until we inflate, making the decision on the day if its safe to operate the castle, so you dont loose out financially.

Are you insured?

Yes. We are insured for £1,000,000 public liability cover. We are able to provide copies of our insurance certificate on request.

Are your castles clean?

Our castles are cleaned after each hire so you will enjoy the cleanest looking inflatables in the area. We do ask that if you make a mess on the castle that you clean it up as soon as possible. Unfortunately if there is a substantial mess we do charge an additional cleaning fee.

Do you accept credit card payments or cheques?

We're sorry but we don't currently accept credit cards or cheques. We ask that you pay cash on the day. We will issue a receipt for your hire and deposit.
